We’ll email you a prepaid, insured return label, and nothing is deducted from your refund.
One free resizing: enjoy one complimentary resizing on eligible rings within the first year of purchase — just cover insured shipping to us, and we’ll size it and send it back on us.
Items must be returned new, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, boxes, and promotional materials included. Damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable. Expedited or express shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your return.
Marketplace orders: purchases made through Walmart, Amazon, or eBay follow that marketplace’s return policy — please start your return through the marketplace where you ordered.
