Jewelry by Sweet Pea stands behind every piece with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your jewelrybysweetpea.com purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to inspection. Returns are free: we’ll email you a prepaid return label, and the label cost is never deducted from your refund.

How to send it back: place the item in its original presentation box, then inside the original shipping box or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off with USPS. Please include all original packaging, boxes, and promotional materials.

Condition: items must be returned new, unworn, and in resalable condition. Every return is inspected when it arrives. Wear and tear, scratches, rust, damage after delivery, and sizing or other alterations are not covered, and your refund is based on the condition determined at inspection. Damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable, and custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and we will make it right. Expedited or express shipping charges are not refundable.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Marketplace orders: purchases made through Walmart, Amazon, or eBay follow that marketplace’s return policy — please start your return through the marketplace where you ordered.

*To help ensure the security of your valuable shipment, please do not write any words like jewelry, gold, or diamonds on the label or on the outside of the box. Orders less than $100 can be shipped via any carrier that provides a delivery tracking number. - Orders greater than $100 can be shipped via any carrier that provides a delivery tracking number and Insurance.
