SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods: We currently ship via USPS Standard service. If you need faster delivery, call us at (407) 986-1005 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Cost (U.S.): Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping Cost (Canada): Canada shipping is a flat $24.99 per order. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery by the carrier.
Processing / Handling Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Custom or engraved orders may require up to 7 business days before shipment. If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you promptly.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: After your order ships, USPS delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or holiday peaks.
Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (when available). If you have questions about your shipment, call us at (407) 986-1005.
Payment Information: We accept PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to check out—you can pay with any major credit or debit card. If you have any trouble during checkout, please contact us.
