SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping options: At this time, we offer standard USPS shipping only. If you need the order to arrive faster please contact us by phone and we will try to accommodate you. (407-986-1005)
Shipping Pricing: All shipments within the US are free, if you are located in Canada the shipping cost is included to the Value Added Tax (TAV) cost for $24.99 per order.
Shipping Time: Arrival time for your packaged after handling time for Us orders are 4-7 days. Due to Covid-19 the shipping time has been delayed. For more information please see the USPS website for shipping delays due to Covid-19.
Handling time: Handling time for most orders are one day between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped. Custom orders take up to 7 days to engrave before shipping, for all of these orders you will be notified before purchase.
Order Time: For orders to be counted as placed during that business day the cut off time is 2pm central. Any orders placed after 2pm central will count as placed as the next business day.
Payment Information: Currently we are using PayPal, that does not mean you have to have a PayPal account. You can pay with any major credit/debit card. If at anytime you are confused during the payment process, please contact us.
